Working with Clients: Here's the process
Consultation to understand more about you
This helps us understand the reason for the vacancy (backfill, growth role, strategic). It also helps to understand more about the type of candidate that will be required, in order to achieve the right skill set and a long term fit.
This consultation will also identify, key goals of the firm/team, short to long term goals for the role itself and key skills/attributes needed to make the role a success. Commonly, these consultations also can further cement the client's needs. Sometimes candidate pipelines can be broadened through understanding the non-negotiable and areas where the client is a little more flexible.
Identifying Goals
Support
We give feedback to the client throughout the process and help set goals in stone. This helps to achieve the best results and maintain transparency throughout.
We always follow up with call notes so that there is a point of reference for all sides. The call notes include a job specification in brief, and the broader elements to joining a client's team, to make it easier and more consistent to discuss with job applicants.
Following Up
Full Interview
All applications have had a full interview on call or teams, together with the CV, there will be interview notes, and a thorough explanation of why we feel their application for the role is relevant. For senior positions, a skills matrix is always used.
We support from end to end and clients can be assured that each applicants is communicated with effectively, and we create and maintain strong efficiency on all sides to enable a seamless process. This also includes at job offer stage.
Ongoing Support
Aftercare
We support with aftercare for both candidate and client after a role is filled and they have joined.
