Recruitment Property Partner
We are looking for a proactive Recruitment Property Partner to join our client's property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for the property division, building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring an efficient, compliant and candidate‑focused recruitment service.
Key responsibilities:
Manage full recruitment lifecycle for property roles, from briefing and role design through to offer, onboarding and post‑start follow up, ensuring a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand resource requirements, job specifications and team culture, providing market insight and advising on role grading, salary benchmarks and attraction strategies.
Source and attract high‑quality candidates through a mix of direct sourcing, job boards, social media, talent pools and agency partners, ensuring an efficient and cost‑effective approach.
Screen CVs and conduct structured interviews, assessing candidates against role requirements and behavioural competencies, and providing clear, evidence‑based shortlists to hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication and relationship‑building throughout the process, providing regular updates, feedback and support to ensure excellent candidate care and employer brand representation.
Prepare and present offers, negotiate terms where appropriate, and ensure a smooth and compliant pre‑employment and onboarding process including right to work checks>Analyse recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting on time to hire, source effectiveness, pipeline health and cost of hire, using data to inform continuous improvement.
Support process improvement by identifying efficiencies in recruitment workflows, updating role templates and implementing best practice sourcing and assessment techniques.
Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on interview best practice, inclusive recruitment and selection decisions, and support junior recruitment colleagues as required.
Key skills and experience required:
Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment, ideally supporting property, legal or professional services teams, within an in‑house or agency environment.
Strong knowledge of attraction and selection techniques, with experience of direct sourcing, candidate assessment and structured interviewing.
Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology, with a clear focus on maintaining accurate records and compliance with data protection requirements.
Good commercial awareness and the ability to advise on market‑competitive remuneration, talent availability and workforce planning.
Organised and delivery‑focused with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail across multiple vacancies.
Proactive, solutions‑focused and collaborative, with a commitment to improving candidate experience and recruitment outcomes.
