We are recruiting a Residential Conveyancer to join a growing property team on a fully remote basis. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, and new build transactions. The role suits an organised, client‑focused property lawyer who thrives working independently while collaborating with colleagues and third parties to deliver pragmatic legal solutions.

The team is recognised for high quality client care, technical accuracy and efficient case handling. This is a remote role with regular virtual team contact and occasional in‑person meetings as required.

Salary from £48,000 +

Must have independent experience managing a caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, ensuring matters progress promptly and clients receive clear, practical advice.
