Support post-completion work, including SDLT returns, registration applications, requisitions, title updates, file reviews and the return of deeds and documents.
Maintain accurate case management records, diaries and transaction trackers, monitoring key dates and escalating delays, risks or issues to the supervising fee earner.
Assist with billing, disbursements, payments and other financial administration in accordance with firm procedures and regulatory requirements.
Provide a responsive and client-focused service, handling routine queries appropriately and referring complex legal or technical matters for further guidance.
Comply with the SRA Standards and Regulations, anti-money laundering requirements, data protection obligations, risk management procedures and the firm’s internal policies.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the residential property team and contribute to the efficient delivery and continuous improvement of conveyancing services.
