Legal Secretary - Hybrid
We are seeking a proactive and organised legal secretary to join a busy residential property team in South Manchester, supporting fee earners and providing high-quality secretarial and administrative assistance. The successful candidate will help ensure efficient matter progression and excellent client care across a varied caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a meticulous individual who wishes to develop their conveyancing knowledge within a modern, supportive law firm.

Key skills and experience:
Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal assistant with audio typing skills. or similar role within a law firm.
Strong secretarial skills including accurate high‑speed typing, excellent attention to detail and good numeracy for preparing financial documentation.
Proven ability to use case management systems, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Confident verbal and written communication skills with a professional manner when liaising with clients, fee earners and external parties.
Highly organised, able to prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
A proactive team‑oriented approach with a willingness to develop technical conveyancing knowledge and take on increasing responsibility.
