Key Responsibilities in Litigation and Dispute Resolution

• Independently manage a broad range of litigation matters including civil, commercial, and contractual disputes.
• Draft, review, and negotiate pleadings, witness statements, instructions to counsel, settlement agreements, and other legal documents as required for dispute resolution.
• Conduct case analysis, risk assessments, and develop effective litigation strategies tailored to individual cases.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations, ensuring clear communication of complex legal arguments and practical solutions.
• Maintain ongoing and transparent correspondence with clients, witnesses, barristers, and other parties throughout all stages of the litigation process.
• Adhere to SRA rules, regulatory requirements, anti-money laundering policies, and best practice protocols relevant to litigation practice.

Essential Skills and Experience for Litigation Solicitors

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with proven experience managing a full litigation caseload.
