Salary £45,000 - £50,000, Hybrid working available

Main Responsibilities of the Fee Earner Position

• Managing an allocated caseload across property transactions, ensuring all duties are completed efficiently and to a consistently high standard. 
• Drafting, preparing and reviewing legal documents, correspondence, and forms relevant to the work undertaken, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.
• Liaising with clients, colleagues and third parties – providing regular updates, responding to enquiries, and maintaining a professional and approachable manner at all times.
• Conducting legal research as required and keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation, practice, and procedure.
• Actively using the firm’s case management system to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in accordance with SRA, AML, and GDPR regulations.
• Ensuring all actions are compliant with internal quality standards and regulatory frameworks.
