Our client seeks a qualified and motivated individual to join a well-established and reputable property firm, recognised for their expertise in residential and commercial property. The ideal candidate will be confident managing work from inception to completion and will thrive in a collaborative, client-focused setting.

Salary - Up to £60k depending upon level of experience 

1 day WFH after settled in role, Permanent role, Monday to Friday 

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold matters.
• Handling all stages of transactions from cradle to grave.
• Dealing with complex matters. 
• Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders to progress matters efficiently and provide outstanding client care.
• Ensuring all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and professional compliance obligations are adhered to at all times.
• Contributing to team goals and participating in knowledge sharing to uphold technical excellence within the department.

Caseload would operate across:

· Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

· Re-mortgages

· New builds

· Council right to buy

· Lease extensions

· Title queries

· Transfers of part

· Transfers of equity

· Equity release
