Role: Conveyancing Solicitor/Licenced Conveyancer/Legal Executive with 2-5 PQE

Location: Woking (Northwest Surrey Area) (office based with occasional remote working).

Salary/Package: Salary £38- 50k (depending on experience) & benefits package

Job description

You will work closely with a friendly and dedicated team and the role involves managing a caseload of residential property matters including:

· Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases

· Re-mortgages

· New builds

· Council right to buy

· Lease extensions

· Title queries

· Transfers of part

· Transfers of equity

· Equity release

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years PQE, be IT literate and experience using a case management system is preferred. You should have excellent communication skills and be capable of delivering a high standard of client care whilst working in an efficient manner and achieving monthly billing targets.
