Residential Conveyancer
Our client is a high reputable, established property firm, specialising in residential property. They seek to add a further Residential Conveyancer to the team, as they see positive growth for the department again this year after their significant growth of recent years.
Working in all aspects of residential conveyancing work, including sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold work, re-mortgages, shared ownership, Transfer of Equity ansd New Build. You will need to be confident in dealing with your own caseload and working cohesively within a team, as well as being able to work with minimum supervision. There may also be an element of training/mentoring more junior fee earners also.
The firm offer a remote working structure, with some visits to the Manchester office required, but minimal.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a prior conveyancing role, running a varied caseload independently.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a proven track record in meeting deadlines
* Ability to work using your own initiative
* Expert communicator and collaborator, with exceptional client care skills

Salary is around £35,000
Permanent, Full Time Monday to Friday
Expectation to be in office once per month in Doncaster
With remote working, conveyancers must be able to work independently.
